There is usually little time in the space of our day to truly let go, drop in, and take time to simply be. This extended vinyasa practice will offer the space to do just that. We will explore fluid movement with an emphasis on the spine, move mindfully through creative transitions, focus on fascia release, and slow everything down. The final part of class will be a series of restorative poses, designed to help your body absorb the benefits of the flow, turn inward, restore, renew, and replenish.
What to bring: Your beautiful self! All mats and props needed will be provided, but you are of course welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
