I originally hail from the free-spirited town of Woodstock, NY where yoga in all forms was ever-present. Yet, ironically it wasn’t until I moved to “The City” that I started to explore and develop my own practice. Remaining grounded amidst the frenetic pace of NYC life proved to be one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of my yoga practice.

I completed my 200-hour training at OM Yoga Center in NYC and am also certified in Restorative and Prenatal Yoga. Though it’s fun to balance on my arms and stand on my hands, I am most fascinated with the deep connection to oneself and others that yoga cultivates. Through the union of breath and movement I hope to guide my students to find connection in all aspects of their lives.

I am especially grateful to Shri Sarah Court, Frank Mauro and Christie Clark for their extraordinary guidance, generosity and compassion as I find my way along this path and help others to do the same.
